My husband and I were very comfortable and satisfied with all the hotel offered. Kind, helpful, courteous employees and management as well. Only parking availability for us seniors can be an inconvenience because of lack of security away from the front. I had to park away from the front at 11PM and felt unsafe because I saw three individuals go by right on the premises and didn’t look like they were residents. They went by themselves not together. And no security around?.

Rooms run down. Air conditioner not working. Only one washing machine for the whole hotel. Unpleasant staff. Had to ask to have my room cleaned. Availability of breakfast was poor.

Not only did we wait hours to get into our rooms due to new computer system, but then we were charged for two rooms instead of one room. When it comes to complimentary breakfast, you better get down to eat when they open as the staff take all the food upon entering their shifts. Hotel guests will then need to sit and wait for them to refill the food which could take 15 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised. Typical two queen bed room. Decent size. I also loved that they had complimentary food served in the lobby on Wednesday nights. The food was delicious and we were very pleased. This location was perfect for where we were going also and there's so much that's close by.
