Excellent services, great staff and lots of food choices had a great time.
Comfy beds/pillows. Decent Air Conditioning. Plenty of places to grab some food. $20 to park in the garage. Very friendly, helpful and patient staff.

We had a great time at New York New York. The hotel and room was clean. Everyone was friendly and it was close to shopping. My only complaint would be that there was no fan in the bathroom so it got really hot during showers.
The room was excellent The help was excellent. We were treated very nice.ecery time we asked for help, they were treated like a great customer.
The food and service at the hotel restaurants was excellent.
A small refrigerator should have been provided.

I just received my credit card statement and there was an additional charge of almost $214.00. The hotel was prepaid for prior to arriving. Side note, the bathrooms are outdated and not worth the money that was paid. I wouldn't stay again.
